  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh Onion
  • 1/3 cup Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Chili Sauce

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well.

  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to 2 weeks.

  • Serve with fish and other seafood, of course. But it is also great on french fries, hamburgers, sandwiches, chips and more.
