Deli style Hot Italian Wraps are easy to make and pack so much flavor! These hearty wraps are stacked with mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, banana peppers and Italian dressing. Then they are cooked in the air fryer until the cheese is melty and the tortilla is golden.

Ingredients:
- Flour Tortillas - I used 8-inch flour tortillas.
- Sliced Ham
- Hard Salami Slices
- Pepperoni Slices
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Banana Peppers
- Italian Dressing - I used Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing. A zesty Italian dressing would work as well.
- Italian Seasoning
- Melted Butter - This will add an amazing buttery flavor to the tortilla and make the tortilla nice and golden once cooked in the air fryer.
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Warm the tortillas by stacking them onto a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.
2. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
3. Assemble the wraps: Lay one tortilla wrap on a plate or cutting board and layer on a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of hard salami, 6 pepperoni slices, 5 banana peppers, and another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle on a ½ teaspoon of Italian dressing, and a dash of Italian seasoning. Repeat with the remaining 3 tortillas.
4. Roll each tortilla up like a burrito (watch my video to see how I wrap these).
5. Brush the top of each wrap with melted butter.
6. Add wraps to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until the outside is golden brown.
7. Carefully remove the wraps from the air fryer and brush with additional melted butter.
8. Let the wraps cool and then cut in half. Enjoy!

2. Warm the tortillas by stacking them onto a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.

These wraps can be made ahead of time. Just assemble the wraps, wrap tightly in food plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Once you are ready to enjoy. them, heat them up as directed in the recipe or eat cold.
Recipe Variations:
- Cheese - Mozzarella is used in this recipe, but Provolone cheese would work great as well.
- Add additional fillings to your wrap - Sliced or diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, black olives, roasted red pepper, and lettuce all would taste amazing in this wrap. Just be sure not to overfill your wrap or you won’t be able to wrap it.
