Meal Prep Containers
There's a lot of containers on the market. However, I find that glass jars work best for anything you'll be storing in the fridge.
Glass jars keep things extra fresh and when it comes to meal prep ideas like overnight oats, they tend to hold the flavor better as well.
As for the freezer, any meal prep containers will do.
Personally, we make sure to store all of our items like pancakes and bars between parchment paper in one large container to prevent sticking.
For things like breakfast burritos, they're best wrapped in parchment paper or tinfoil so that you can pop them into the oven as is! I use these egg white wraps to make things like that as they're low-carb and high protein, so you get an extra boost!

Ohh yes! My daughter loves pancakes so this way it's not a fight in the morning if we can have them 😛 freeze them with pieces of parchment paper in between so they don't stick together!
