Announcements
- For this month’s cooking demonstration, we will be baking holiday cookie recipes developed by our very own Dr. Ayesha Sherzai! You can download the recipes below, so you are prepared to bake with us on December 11 from 3 – 4:30 pm. Since we won’t have time to make all the recipes together, Ayesha has chosen to demonstrate the No-Bake Vanilla Cookies, Brownie Bites, and the No-Bake Peanut Butter Thumbprint Cookies.See the Zoom link in the section below.
- You are invited to the first annual Healthy Minds Initiative Virtual Holiday Show on December 18 from 3 – 5 p.m. Everyone is invited to join us for a fun, two-hour holiday Q&A. Come dressed in holiday attire and spend time “socializing” with your fellow participants and research staff. In lieu of caroling door-to-door this year, share your singing voice or any other talent with us! If you would like to sign-up to “perform” at our virtual holiday show, please do so here or email Nicole directly.
