You have a lifetime of snuggles, adventures, and love to look forward to. Aside from all the excitement, one of the first things you’re probably wondering is:what should I feed my new puppy?
Bringing home a new puppy is so exciting! These rambunctious canines require patience, time, and supervision to help transition into their new home. A big part of caring for your new pup is paying special attention to diet and nutrition – finding the best food for puppies.

Your four-legged friend will probably need some variety in his or her diet, especially the fresh, home-cooked kinds.
Beagles such as Julie are scent hounds and well known for having ravenous appetites – they will eat and eat until all the food is gone and then some. Of course, this is no good either as it can lead to common health issues such as obesity, arthritis, and heart disease. Good nutrition sets the foundation for proper growth, weight maintenance, energy, and good digestion for optimal mental and physical health.
Julie the Beagle is a healthy pup and her mom Tatiana is being proactive from the very start. Tatiana is very involved in Julie’s health regimen and understands that higher quality ingredients lead to overall better health for her growing pup.

Small meals throughout the day are recommended for your growing pup. Small treats like carrots or apple chunks are a healthy and low-calorie option that most dogs love.
